Steve's 1967 R/T

This is a GREAT story by Steve from Ohio. Steve located the '67 Coronet R/T convertible in November of 1999. Working in law enforcement, he chased a kid from his house to the barn, where he lost the kid and found the car! After a couple of months, Steve contacted the owner (the kid's father), who agreed to sell the car. The '67 R/T convertible was originally Buffed Silver Metallic with a black top and red interior. It's a number matching 440 (440 HP2 w/ build date 2 days before the car's build date) that appeared all original and untouched (original valve covers, intake, carb, etc...) with column shift 727 and 3.23 Suregrip 8.75. The car needed a front clip, windshield, and lower quarter panel work, but was otherwise complete and solid underneath. The R/T hood scoop, air cleaner/pie pan, and all of the original hubcaps came with the car.

Steve is restoring the car back to it's original condition!!! (And doing a GREAT job!)
